I’ll caveat this review with the fact that I’m
Not a huge fan of barre, at any studio, and generally don’t take barre classes. However, I taken quite a few Pilates classes and really like Physique 57 core Pilates classes with Janissa. Emma is also very good. I did take one barre class where the instructor was very helpful. The core Pilates class is a mat class and feels like a pilates inspired core workout. After going for a couple months I can see improvement in the doing the exercises but continue to find the classes challenging. Instructors provide helpful corrections, take time to know names, and have a sense of humor to keep the class fun. The music can be loud (sometimes my watch notifies) but I generally don’t need to wear my earplugs. The studio is also really pretty with the almost trapezoidal shape with full wall of windows.

Pink Pilates princesses wouldn't last an hour in the asylum where they raised me (flatback chair, being constantly urged to get just one inch lower).  The new NoMad location is stunning, and they've done a great job ensuring that it's staffed by a good variety of instructors.

The space is bright and welcoming and the instructors are fantastic, always motivating you to push yourself and check on your form. One of my favorite classes in the city! There's also plenty of lockers, restrooms, showers and even a devoted changing area. Will definitely be coming here regularly!

I love this location. Easy to get to by subway . The facility is great with a large exercice room with bay windows. Great studio. The teachers are so professional. My body changed with their workout . I am more firm and lost weight . I enjoy my workout . It is perfect for my needs .

The space is clean and the class was exceptional. This was my first physique 57 class and I will 100% be coming back. I took the strength class with Jarred and I couldn't reccomend him more. They have multiple showers, which is very handy for people working out before work or school. My one warning is that the showers and restroom are very far from the lockers, so make sure to bring your stuff with you if you're changing or showering

I finally took one class at the new Flatiron location, and I LOVED it. The instructor was super enthusiastic and her playlist was good. The workout is definitely challenging, combination of core, upper and lower body. Highly rec for anyone looking for a challenge.

The instructor was great in asking about any injuries and explaining barre to those new to it. The class was super fun (great music) and so hard. My legs were shaking like crazy and I was pooped. That means it was a fantastic workout. They also had changing rooms and lots of bathrooms and lockers available.

A beautiful space with floor to ceiling windows! There are plenty of changing rooms, showers with well stocked toiletries, and lockers. The equipment is all brand new and can support you with whatever goals you might have. All of that AND supportive and inspiring teachers and front desk staff! I love P57 Nomad!

Physique 57’s NoMad studio is gorgeous. I love the barre spots near the window to do some people watching while doing my workout. The instructors are amazing here. I am always motivated and appreciative of the corrective notes/help to make sure my poses/posture is accurate. Staff are very nice and helpful too. It’s a wonderful workout experience!

I've been a Physiquer since 2015 and I was ecstatic when I found out they were opening a new studio! The NoMad studio is gorgeous and spacious, but more importantly, this is THE BEST workout.
