Overall I love taking classes at the Spring Street location but the barre room where we exercise is a tad bit too cold - it AC seems always be on full blast.
Also I've noticed that some of your customers/members use the restroom as a changing room which often makes the waiting queue for the restroom very looong... Maybe you need to address this with signs or something.

Physique 57 is my favorite workout. I've been working out with Physique since 2018 - the quality of the instructors and the workouts themselves are unmatched.
Unfortunately, I've had to switch to their On Demand workouts because the newer SoHo location is pretty bare bones compared to their other location and prior studios. No showers, no towels, unusual schedule. Unfortunately, that's the only studio near me so I can only make it work once a week max.
