AMENITIES

All Physique 57 classes are offered at NAŌ at The Bureau. The Bureau is centrally located in Gold & Diamond Park, Building 6 next to Equiti Metro Station 1. Offering a fully-equipped barre studio, all NAŌ clients also enjoy a full-service locker room plus shower, a beauty and vanity room, a nursing room, complimentary WiFi, and 2-hour complimentary parking. With Jones the Grocer as our cafe partner, you will want to be the first to arrive and last to leave.

RESERVATIONS & WAITLISTS

Class reservations may be made in-studio or online (Physique 57 website or NAŌ Dubai mobile app). If a class is full, you have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. Reservations are offered to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. Once added from a waitlist, clients are automatically booked in if they get off so long as this is more than 1 hour before the start time of class. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. Reservations not cancelled in accordance with the policy result in the forfeiture of a class credit. Reservations cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy will be credited back to client accounts towards future bookings. Cancellations may be made in-studio or online (Physique 57 website or NAŌ Dubai mobile app).  Single classes, class packages, memberships, special promotions, privates and workshops are non-refundable.

VALIDITIES

Single and intro classes, events, and workshops expire 1 month from purchase. Monthly packages expire 30 days from activation. Class packages of 5, 10, 20, expire 2 months, 3 months, 6 months from purchase, respectively. Other packages may have different validities, and all packages must be activated within one year from date of purchase. 

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

  1. Try your best to make it to class on time. For the safety of all, clients are not permitted to enter the studio more than 10 minutes after the start of class. New clients are requested to arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and meet their trainer. New clients will not be allowed in class once instruction has begun.
  2. Life happens and plans change – we get it! As a courtesy, clients are permitted to switch class times for classes that take place on the same day if both classes have available spaces. Should either one of the classes be full or waitlisted, a class switch may not occur.
  3. Workout attire and grippy socks are required. Think anything you can move, shake, and sweat in comfort in! We sell our branded grippy socks, but you are welcome to use regular athletic socks, too.
  4. BYOT + BYOW.  Together we can make a difference and reduce our impact on the environment, so please bring your own towel and water bottle. 
  5. Water should be in a closed water bottle. Please refrain from bringing beverages other than water into the studios.
  6. Out of respect to all, we ask clients to refrain from using phones during class.
