All Manhattan locations are equipped with programmable lockers for your convenience.
Physique 57 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. New clients are encouraged to take a Beginner class for their first visit.
Classes can be reserved online, in person, or by phone. A credit card is needed to secure your reservation.
Classes: Reservations for classes after 11 a.m. may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 6 hours prior to the beginning of class. Reservations for morning classes 11 a.m. or earlier may be cancelled with no charge up to 12 hours prior to the beginning of class.
Bridgehampton Classes: Reservations may be cancelled online or by telephone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of class.
*Please note for all classes if a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, you will be charged for that class or workshop. Clients with unlimited packages who do not cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy will be charged a $28 fee for that class.
While we love connecting outside of the studio, cancellations via social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) do not fall within our cancellation policy. Contact the studio directly to cancel your reservation.
Privates & Workshops
Reservations may be cancelled online or by phone with no charge up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop or class.
If you are added to class from a waitlist, you need to confirm your reservation 3 hours prior to the start of class. For classes that begin at 11 a.m. and earlier, reservations need to be confirmed by 6 p.m. the day before. Once a class is confirmed, you will be held to the cancellation policy for that class.
To help us contact you as quickly as possible, please make sure we have your correct email address (one that you access frequently) and mobile number for text message alert. You can update your account settings for notifications here.
Switching Between Classes
As a courtesy, clients are granted class switch allowances pending that both the class being switched from and class being switched to have available space. Should one class or the other be full or waitlisted, a class switch cannot occur.
CLASS PREP AND ETIQUETTE
First time clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out our client questionnaire and meet the trainer. For safety reasons, first time clients cannot join the class once instruction has begun.
We have a no cell phone policy in the studio. (Pulse now, email later!) Under certain circumstances, cell phones may be left at the front desk with a Client Services Team member and we are happy to notify you in class of a particular incoming call.
Full-coverage socks are required to be worn in the studio at all times. Socks are available for purchase in the studio.
For the safety of all clients, clients cannot join class:
* All classes & workshops – after 10 minutes
* 30 Minute Class – clients are not permitted to join class late

Class Package Policies
Single classes expire one month from date of purchase, 5 class series packages expire two months from date of purchase, 10 class series packages expire four months from the date of purchase and 25 class series packages expire eight months from the date of purchase.
Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from date of activation. For your safety, all unlimited packages are limited to 3 classes per day.
Special promotional packages and workshops may have shorter expiration dates.
If a reservation is early cancelled the class is credited to your Physique 57 account to use towards future reservations. Purchases will not be refunded to your credit card.
Return Policy for Packages
Single classes, class packages, unlimited packages, special promotions, workshops and memberships are non-refundable.
Return Policy for Merchandise
We will gladly accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise with the tags attached within 14 days of purchase date. Undergarments are final sale. All sale items are final.
