My mantra: “Work out because you love your body, not in order to love your body.” Proudest moment: Helping clients find personal empowerment in their efforts and witnessing our incredible instructors as they come into their own as teachers. Question you wished we asked: What would be your superpower? To be able to fly.

Alicia Weihl

My mantra: Live each day fully awake with an open, grateful heart. Perfect day off: Snuggling with my boys (hubby and son) in Brooklyn. Proudest moment: When I gave birth to my son, Oliver. Heroine act: Walking through my battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma with grace.


Favorite Physique 57 position: Wide incline chair, feet flexed, wrap it back! Perfect day off: Beach day. Wine implied. Hero act: I’ve climbed twenty-four 14,000 ft. peaks in Colorado Question you wished we asked: If you could exchange your hair for any matter in the known universe, what would you choose? Motivational quote: The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen. My fuel: I try to have eggs every morning. Even waking up at 5am for an early morning shift, I always make time for breakfast. The most important and my favorite meal of the day! Question you wished we asked: What would you do if you won the lottery? Buy my parents a beach house and travel the world! I want to see it all!!!

Andrea Colabufo

Personal Mantra: “Pour yourself a drink. Put on some lipstick, and pull yourself together” – Elizabeth Taylor.  Cheat Meal: A Cheeseburger and ice cream. that’s right. I said “AND” not “OR”. I always want a glass of wine, the juiciest cheeseburger/french fry situation, and a scoop of ice cream after of long week of eating organic kale.  Playlist: I’m from the “dirty south” so I love hip hop music. I truly love all genres of music. If it has a good beat, you’ll probably hear it in class!

Cheat meal: Coffee ice cream, bagels, and ALL of the chocolate My fuel: Oatmeal with peanut butter for breakfast, Bobo’s Oat bars for on-the-go (I guess I really like oats! haha), and lots of fruit, especially bananas. Favorite Physique 57 position: Rocking chair. Oh, and thigh dancing of course! Playlist: I LOVE pop and hip hop music. It just makes me want to dance! You should except some Drake and Britney Spears to pop up often in my playlists! Perfect day off: Warm sunshine, iced latte, yummy food, and a good book

My personal mantra: Work Hard. Do good. Be Incredible. – Cheryl Strayed Cheat meal: A big ole charcuterie plate for one please and thank you! My fuel: Juice Generation’s Energy Kick smoothie with extra protein! Favorite Physique 57 position: Love a good deli slicer!  Playlist: Oh man I love just about all music, but I’d have to put Prince and Beyonce as my top two music loves!

Cheat meal: I am a HUGE fan of Gruyere Macaroni and Cheese. I could eat the entire pan! Favorite Physique 57 position: I am a big fan of our curl series because it involves all parts of abs, stabilization, strength, and power. Proudest moment: My proudest moment happens every day when I watch my kids come into their own and succeed by following their passions.


My mantra: It changes every day…just as life changes every day… Favorite Physique 57 position: Wide incline chair Alternate job: …I still think I would have been a great lawyer…but I currently teach tap and jazz dance as well, and I love it.
