Motivational quote: The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen. My fuel: I try to have eggs every morning. Even waking up at 5am for an early morning shift, I always make time for breakfast. Proudest moment: My proudest moment happens every day when I watch my kids come into their own and succeed by following their passions.
