Favorite Physique 57 position: Wide waterski. Not only does it work your thighs, calves, and back, it’s also a blast when you shake your hips!
Playlist: A class with me at Physique 57 is also known as “Club Ariel.” You will hear a mix of throwback and latest tunes that make you wanna move, shake, squeeze and pulse. Hip hop, party rock, and club hits!


Motivational Quote: The most important ingredient in making you believe you can, is you..
My Fuel: I usually look for food that boosts my energy and has some form of protein. I also like foods that makes me feel full quickly (cashews, quinoa & edamame).
Heroine Act: Giving free dance classes to kids who lived in a low income area and watching them turn into powerful, talented dancers, who now have something they are passionate about. Out of a group of 16 kids, 4 have received a partial scholarship and are majoring in dance in college right now.


Motivational quote: You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
Perfect Day: Wake up around 8am, squeeze in a workout. Hit the beach with my boyfriend followed by ‘touristy’ activities. Come home and get ready to go out with friends for the night.
Heroine act: Moving to Dubai. I was at a rough point in my life and it took a lot of courage to leave everything behind and go!


Favorite Physique 57 Position: Standing Hairpin. It works wonders on the side glutes and you can feel it with every single lift.

My Fuel: Plants and nuts. Totally addicted to Freakin’ Healthy’s coconut butter bites.               
Perfect Day Off: Barre class followed by brunch with friends and beach time. Arabic study and creative writing are always favorite ways to end my day.
