ANTONIETTA VICARIO

Danielle Coleman is originally from Paramus, New Jersey. During her time on the East Coast, she attended Marymount Manhattan College where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. She relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2015 to pursue a career in commercial dance. Most recently, Danielle performed in Singapore and Vietnam with the company Cirque Berzerk. Outside of performing Danielle enjoys choreographing and teaching for various studios.

Certifications: AFAA Group Exercise, Yoga Works 200-Hour Physique 57 Trainer Since: 2010 Motivational quote: The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen. My fuel: I try to have eggs every morning. Even waking up at 5am for an early morning shift, I always make time for breakfast. The most important and my favorite meal of the day! Question you wished we asked: What would you do if you won the lottery? Buy my parents a beach house and travel the world! I want to see it all!!!

Andrea Colabufo

Fitness mantra: Workout because you love your body, not because you hate it. Inspiration: My mom, who is also my hero. Motivational quote: The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in places no one has been before. Cheat meal: All Indian sweets! If I wasn’t an instructor: I would be a Rockstar (I also would need to take some music lessons but I’d totally be one).

Anisha Shah

Motivational quote: Nothing great ever happened without enthusiasm, so get excited! Favorite Physique 57 position: Wide waterski. Not only does it work your thighs, calves, and back, it’s also a blast when you shake your hips! Playlist: A class with me at Physique 57 is also known as “Club Ariel.” You will hear a mix of throwback and latest tunes that make you wanna move, shake, squeeze and pulse. Hip hop, party rock, and club hits!

ARIEL AZARIAN

Physique 57 Trainer Since: 2016 Personal Mantra: “Pour yourself a drink. Put on some lipstick, and pull yourself together” – Elizabeth Taylor.  Cheat Meal: A Cheeseburger and ice cream. that’s right. I said “AND” not “OR”. I always want a glass of wine, the juiciest cheeseburger/french fry situation, and a scoop of ice cream after of long week of eating organic kale.  Playlist: I’m from the “dirty south” so I love hip hop music. I truly love all genres of music. If it has a good beat, you’ll probably hear it in class!

Physique 57 Trainer Since: 2017 Cheat meal: Coffee ice cream, bagels, and ALL of the chocolate My fuel: Oatmeal with peanut butter for breakfast, Bobo’s Oat bars for on-the-go (I guess I really like oats! haha), and lots of fruit, especially bananas. Favorite Physique 57 position: Rocking chair. Oh, and thigh dancing of course! Playlist: I LOVE pop and hip hop music. It just makes me want to dance! You should except some Drake and Britney Spears to pop up often in my playlists! Perfect day off: Warm sunshine, iced latte, yummy food, and a good book
