Graphic Designer

Physique 57 is seeking an experienced graphic designer with exceptional creative skills to support all aspects of our brand’s creative assets. Projects will include website maintenance, email marketing, digital advertising, in-studio marketing and merchandising, static/dynamic imagery and video editing. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, extremely organized, innovative, creative, and highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. As well, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while working in a collaborative environment.

This role requires a strong sense of ownership, ability to manage deadlines, and the ability to execute on a vision while maintaining brand standards.

The Graphic Designer reports to the VP of Content based in New York.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with VP of Content and the broader creative and marketing team to transform strategies and concepts into compelling customer experiences for website and mobile app, as well as for full-funnel marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Design an array of assets across digital (web, social, ads) and offline (print, DM), ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Own projects from kickoff through completion, working closely with the core Creative team as well as key marketing and business stakeholders
  • Provide creative oversight on video and social media executions Create and sustain a culture of creative excellence for the team and company
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience, producing consumer-facing marketing and advertising that spans all stages of the marketing funnel
  • Strong portfolio of consumer marketing and advertising work Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, and what creative is most appropriate for each
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and how various creative approaches and execution play a role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Results driven
  • Eastern Standard Time a plus
