The workouts range from 10 minutes to an hour each and cover strength training, cardio, and restorative workouts (all workouts are non-impact). If you have a specific goal in mind, you’ll also be able to pick from two to 12-week workout plans. Unlike Physique 57’s in-studio classes, these can be done without equipment.
