1. Cleanse skin immediately to avoid bacteria build-up.
A workout increases sebaceous activity in the oil glands. Dead skin collects on the surface of the skin, which can block pores and then trap oil. As a result, bacteria can grow in that trapped oil gland, which can turn into an infection.
