What piece of clothing are you looking forward to wearing at the first sign of crisp weather?
If we are talking studio-to-street wear, I love my lululemon Savasana wrap. It’s like a big cozy sweater that goes with anything from workout gear to my favorite Madewell boyfriend jeans (another fall staple). Once I can start adding layers to my wardrobe, I am a happy girl. – Holly Hendricks, NYC Master Trainer

Let’s talk transitioning beauty regimens from summer to fall. What tips and tricks do you use or rituals do you apply when the weather gets chillier?
I stop using light moisturizer and go with a heavier moisturizer. Also, Provisions Vitamin C treatment is supposed to be great says Lori Silverstein (beauty consultant and client). – Emily Zuleski, NYC Instructor

Healthy fall snacks?
I love taking advantage of all the delicious apples in season in the Fall. My go to snack is an apple with almond butter- Justin’s and Woodstock brands are my personal favorites!

It’s also the perfect season to start making soup and this Simple Pumpkin Soup is one of my favorites. The coconut milk makes a great, healthy and delicious alternative to cream. Who doesn’t love a little pumpkin in the fall? – Antonietta Vicario, Manager of Global Training & Instructor

What outdoor activities, events, happenings are you looking forward to this fall?
Pumpkin patch and apple picking! And more personally, getting my engagement pictures taken outside. – Courtney Tilford, NYC Instructor

What’s your favorite fall indulgence?
My favorite fall indulgence is anything pumpkin! Especially making a stop at Starbucks for something I could drink all year long, Pumpkin Spice Latte with Coconut milk. Sometimes if I don’t want too much caffeine in the afternoon with a coffee, I’ll get a Chai Latte with pumpkin spice sauce! It may be basic, but it’s the little things in life that make this girl happy! – Shannon Smith, NYC Instructor
