Physique 57 offers monthly barre challenges to help keep you accountable for your workouts and motivated throughout the month. Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and we could all use a little extra motivation to stay on track through the holidays. Stick to this challenge and we promise to help you get fit (and feeling fabulous) just in time for your family reunion and holiday festivities!

Craving new Physique 57 videos? We are adding a new video, Physique Strong & Lean, to our online fitness video library this Sunday, November 3rd. The best part? No equipment is necessary so this will be the perfect workout to take with you during holiday travels!

New York and Los Angeles Challenge

Work out 20 days this month (18 of them should be before Thanksgiving). Map out your schedule each Sunday before the week starts and hold yourself accountable to that schedule.
