Physique 57 offers monthly barre-based fitness challenges to help keep you accountable for your workouts and motivated throughout the month.   The first day of summer is June 21st, which means you should be pushing yourself even harder this month.  For extra motivation, post reminders of what you’re working towards around your home or office, such as a picture of the bikini you want to flaunt this summer or the dress you plan to wear to a summer BBQ!

New York and Los Angeles Challenge

Work out 18 days this month.  Map out your schedule each Sunday before the week starts and hold yourself accountable to that schedule. Want to sign up for classes on-the-go?  We have an app for that!  Download our NY or LA app and start scheduling your workouts.
