Physique 57 offers monthly barre-based fitness challenges to help keep you accountable for your workouts and motivated throughout the month.   With summer in full swing, it can be tough at times to commit to your workouts.  If you’re traveling, try these tips on how to stay in shape while on vacation.  It’s important to stay on track during these summer months when you’re sure to bare more skin than usual.
