Types of Barre Classes
Our beginner class is the best place to start learning all of the fundamental movements, positions and methodology. Don’t let the name fool you though – it will still totally kick your butt.
A step up from Beginner, you will learn how you can modify the workout based on your fitness level and personal preferences.
PHYSIQUE F.I.T. (Focused Interval Training)
F.I.T adds a heated twist to our Signature class. It draws extra focus and attention (and serious results) to your arms and seat. Get ready for spot-on arm reps to eliminate jiggle, while sculpting your seat with our powerful sequences.
Begging for more burn? Sculpt and tone!
Try this core-focused class for targeting and toning your entire body. This upbeat format (think Pilates’ younger, enthusiastic sister) seamlessly weaves together ab-centric exercises sans barre. Light weights and our playground ball will become your new best friend.
BARRE MEETS MAT
This non-stop class will work all your muscle groups and maximize results. Through ab-centric variations followed by our signature thigh and seat sequences, get ready to show off your skinny jeans!
Craving more cardio? Sweat it out!
S.B.T (SWEAT BURN TONE)
This fast-paced, high intensity class will always keep you and your muscles guessing. No two classes are alike; however the results will keep you addicted and leave you wanting more.

ARMS & ABS IN 30
This dynamic 30-minute series of twists, turns and pulses will leave you feeling ready to take on the world looking trim, toned and feeling fABulous! Plus – it’s only 30 minutes. How bad could it be?
PHYSIQUE EXPRESS IN 45
If you’re one of those busy types who craves maximum results in the minimum amount of time, this is for you. Express is a brisk paced class that offers a condensed version of a full length Physique 57 class.
Need to chill? Treat yourself!
PHYSIQUE STRETCH & FLOW IN 30 or 60
Elongate your muscles with stretches that are complimentary to your Physique 57 classes. These 30-minute and one-hour sessions provide stretches that are perfect for a warm up before class or a cool down afterwards!
Physique Yoga will not only tone your body but improve your breathing, focus your mind and enhance your overall health and well-being.
