Keeping track of your progress between Physique 57 workouts just got easier, thanks to this app and site both of which allow users to log their daily food intake and workouts in one spot, then dynamically learn from your body as you go. Nike+ GPS App
So many of our clients cross-train outside of the studio by hitting the pavement and logging miles solo. We love this app for its ease of use and the fact that it gives you maps to keep you and your fitness goals headed in the right direction.

Spotify is our go-to music platform to stream all of our favorite songs at our studios. Music is such a great motivator to push through a workout and Spotify has it all–from custom playlists to access to the latest hits! It’s a great app to use when working out at home with our online workouts or DVDs!
