I have been doing the Physique 57 DVDs consistently for a year. I just read the book, which is helpful. It goes over the science behind the exercise, goes over the moves- proper positioning and also gives more moves and modifications, and also has a diet plan.

This book is exactly what I needed! Not only does it break down the Physique 57 exercises so that they’re easy to follow but it also includes 2 weeks’ worth of delicious meals. It doesn’t even feel like I’m following a diet plan because I’m having so much fun doing the exercises and cooking the meals with my husband. I’m seeing my body change every day and feel confident that this year will be my best year yet.
